Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers, popularly known as FIBC bags are used for the transportation of dry bulk goods such as sands, fertilizers, plastic granules seeds, resins and powder coatings. FIBC bulk bags have long been considered a great innovation in the transportation industry. These bags are mainly used for the transportation of dry flowable material. They were introduced in the sixties.

During the process of FIBCs being filled and discharged, the flowing of the finely powdered substances may result in a buildup of static electricity. Steps need to be taken beforehand to prevent an electrical charge while the packaging of flammable and combustible materials goes on and it needs to be done in an environment where combustible dust is present. There are 4 types of FIBC bags, the types being named A, B, C, and D.

Single &Double Loop Bags

X-Corner Bags

X-Corner bags also knows as circular bulk bags (FIBC) have a circular/tubular body that is seamless, with only a top and bottom panel sewn into the bag. Circular styles bags are ideal for fine and hydroscopic material. Due to the tubular design of these bags, they do not have any seams at the vertical edges.

Builder Bags

The classic bulk bag otherwise knows as U+2 panel Its construction is composed of a single canvas forming a U, comprising 1 sider the bottom and the other opposite side. The two missing sides and finalising the body are sewn on both sides of the U. The bag thus finalized includes 4 veritical seams.

Tunnel Bag

Tunnel loop bag is becoming more popular building trade as well as other industries sector. Tunnel loop FIBC is latest design which has two strong tunnels provided with regular standard FIBC bag. This reinforcement allows the bag to better hold its square when filled making them easer to store side by side or stack.

Ventilated Bag

Ventilated Bulk Bags are mage from polypropylene woven fabrics. The fabrics is specifically designed to permit the required air flow through the fabric into the bag. These bags come with Fabric vente ranging from 9 to 26.More options available on requests. Ventilated bags are perfect fort firewood , onions, potatoes, garlic and other agricultural products.

Anti-Static Bag/Type-B Bags

Type B bag, also knows as Anti-Static Bags, is constructed from insulating fabric with a breakdown voltage of less than 6 kV. This provision prevents the risk of energetic sparks and propagating which can ignite dust-air-mixtures and flammable gases and solvent vapors.

Used safely for the transportation of dry , combustible powders (MIE > 3mJ)
There are to be no flammable solvents or gases present around the bag.

Conductive Bags/ Type-C-Bags

Type C FIBCs, also know as conductive FIBCs or ground-able FIBCs, are made from non-conductive polypropylene fabrics interwoven with conducting threads traditionally sewn in a grid pattern.
