Manufacturer & Exporter of Bulk Bags and Fabrics
Megasack packing is one of the leading and most trusted manufacturer and suppliers of the wide range of FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) bags and fabrics. We’re equipped with highly standard clean room facility, highly advanced machinery, and an state of art quality control laboratory.
FIBC Bag
Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC), commonly known as bulk bags or big bags, are large, flexible woven containers typically made from polypropylene. They are designed to store and transport dry, flowable products such as sand, fertilizer, and granules.
These bags usually have a capacity of 500 to 2,000 kilograms (1,100 to 4,400 pounds) and are equipped with lifting loops for easy handling by forklifts or cranes.
Advantages:
- FIBC bags are cost-effective and durable, designed for heavy loads and reducing overall packaging costs.
- They offer versatility in sizes and features, space efficiency by being stackable when filled and collapsible when empty, and ease of handling with lifting loops.
GEO Fabrics
Geo fabrics, also known as geotextiles, are permeable textile materials used in various civil engineering, construction, and environmental applications.
These fabrics, typically made from synthetic materials like polypropylene or polyester, play a crucial role in enhancing soil stability, providing erosion control, and promoting effective drainage.
Advantages:
- Geo fabrics also enhance drainage by allowing water to pass through while retaining soil particles, thus preventing waterlogging and maintaining soil integrity.
- Their durability and resistance to biological and chemical degradation ensure long-term performance in various environmental conditions.
Poly Traps
Poly tarps, short for polyethylene tarpaulins, are durable, flexible, and waterproof sheets made from woven polyethylene fabric, often coated for added strength and weather resistance.
These tarps are widely used for covering and protecting objects, structures, and areas from the elements, making them essential in industries such as construction, agriculture, and logistics.
Advantages:
- Poly tarps are cost-effective, offering an affordable solution for a wide range of protective needs without compromising on quality and performance.
- The waterproof nature of poly tarps provides excellent protection against rain, snow, and moisture, keeping the covered items dry and secure.
PP-Woven Fabrics
PP woven fabrics, also known as polypropylene woven fabrics, are versatile and durable materials composed of woven polypropylene fibers.
These fabrics are manufactured through a weaving process that interlaces polypropylene tapes or filaments, resulting in a strong and resilient textile. PP woven fabrics find extensive use in various industries for packaging, transportation, construction, and agriculture purposes.
Advantages:
- PP woven fabrics are moisture-resistant, providing protection against water damage and ensuring the integrity of the packaged goods.
- Their lightweight nature makes them easy to handle, transport, and store, contributing to cost savings in logistics and packaging.
PP Woven Sacks
PP woven sacks, also known as polypropylene woven sacks or bags, are durable and lightweight packaging materials made from woven polypropylene fabric.
These sacks are widely used for storing and transporting bulk goods such as grains, seeds, fertilizers, and construction materials. They are manufactured through a weaving process that creates a strong, tear-resistant structure capable of withstanding heavy loads.
Advantages:
- PP woven sacks are moisture-resistant, protecting the contents from water damage during storage and transit
- Their lightweight design makes them easy to handle and transport, reducing labor and transportation costs.
Pallet-wrap Bags
Pallet wrap bags, also known as stretch hood bags, are specialized polyethylene films designed to cover and secure palletized goods. These bags are stretched over the entire pallet load, providing a tight and secure fit.
They are commonly used in logistics and warehousing to stabilize and protect products during storage and transportation.
Advantages:
- Pallet wrap bags provide excellent load stability, preventing shifting and reducing the risk of damage during transit.
- They also offer better visibility of the pallet contents compared to opaque wrapping methods, facilitating easier identification and inventory management.
Pallet Cap bags
Pallet cap bags are protective covers made from polyethylene or similar materials, designed to fit over the top of palletized goods.
These caps provide an additional layer of protection against environmental factors such as dust, dirt, and moisture, safeguarding the integrity of the products during storage and transportation.
Advantages:
- Pallet cap bags offer numerous benefits for protecting palletized goods. They provide an effective barrier against contaminants like dust and moisture, ensuring that the products remain clean and dry.
- This is particularly important for sensitive items such as food products, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. The bags are easy to apply and remove, enhancing efficiency in packaging and handling processes.
-
Moreover, pallet cap bags are cost-effective, offering an economical way to enhance the protection of goods without significant additional expense.
Shade Clot
Shade cloth is a woven or knitted fabric typically made from polyethylene or polypropylene, designed to provide varying levels of shade and protection from the sun.
It is commonly used in agricultural, horticultural, and residential settings to protect plants, animals, and outdoor spaces from excessive sunlight and heat.
Advantages:
- Shade cloth offers several benefits for both agricultural and personal use. It provides effective protection against harmful UV rays, reducing the risk of sunburn and heat stress for plants, animals, and people.
- This can enhance plant growth and yield in agricultural settings by creating a more favorable microclimate. Additionally, shade cloth helps to moderate temperature, which can be particularly beneficial in greenhouses and nurseries.
-
In residential settings, it can be used to create shaded outdoor living areas, such as patios and pergolas, enhancing comfort and usability of these spaces.
